Your stay grants you complete access to the entire condo, beach amenities, and a well-equipped gym. You'll find reserved parking available for one vehicle, along with additional parking options along the nearby road. To ensure a smooth stay, we provide ample supplies including dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Please note that some construction is currently taking place at Pat's at Punalu'u, which may result in visible scaffolding and occasional noise from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (no work occurs on weekends). In light of this, we have reduced our nightly rates by 20% through 2024. Should you choose to cancel due to the ongoing construction, a full refund will be available if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. Nevertheless, most guests report having a fantastic experience here, and we believe you will too!

This property is situated at the historic Pat's at Punalu'u, located at 53-567 Kamehameha Highway, Hauula, HI 96717. It is a fully legal rental, compliant with Bill 89/Ordinance 19-18 as approved by the Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting.

As our guest, you will enjoy unrestricted access to the entire condo, a private lanai, a beachside gym and pool, as well as a picnic area complete with barbeque facilities and lawn chairs right on the beach. Accessing your condo is secure and convenient via two elevators, with complimentary parking for one car included in your stay.

Situated directly on the beach, this location boasts a stunning oceanfront setting. The nearby reef makes it ideal for snorkeling, while larger wave beaches are just a short distance away. A variety of food trucks offering shrimp, Thai cuisine, burgers, Vietnamese pho, and sugary delights can be found just half a block away. For those seeking adventure, Laie Beach Park—a mere five-minute drive—provides excellent body surfing opportunities year-round. If your visit coincides with winter, prepare to witness incredible 30 to 40-foot waves along the North Shore, where some of the world's best surfers showcase their skills. Venture further to the charming town of Haleiwa, brimming with art galleries, boutique shops, and delightful dining options.

Getting around is easy with your designated parking space conveniently close to the elevators. Plus, a bus stop just steps away offers direct access to the island's renowned beaches and attractions.

Other important notes include unobstructed ocean views and refreshing breezes throughout your stay. The condo accommodates one vehicle in the reserved parking stall, while additional public parking is available on the street. Please be aware, pets, smoking, and parties are not permitted. The living room features an AC unit, and there is a fan in the bedroom, but please note that the bedroom does not have air conditioning.

This vacation rental is 100% legal and operates with all necessary permits.
